Effective August 1, 2018, Scan Global Logistics opens an office in Hamburg, Germany. In 2017, the company acquired Crosseurope AB, which included a smaller hub in Straslund. The opening in Hamburg is therefore initiated in order to secure a continued growth in the German market.
Scan Global Logistics have a very strong road network in the Nordic countries and are especially successful in the Swedish market. For this reason, the company is now ready to develop its road services further in the European market and looking towards the southern neighbours in Germany is seen as a natural extension to the current network.
Mr. Hans Henrik Beuschel is appointed to fill out the position as Managing Director and will have a strong focus on developing the partner and distribution network in Germany. He has a vast experience within the German road segment and through more than 13 years he has been a part of developing the road segment of E3 Spedition in Germany.
