History of Our Company –  New Life Relocations (formerly Murray Carr Removals & Storage)

After many years of working for other removalists, the decision was made to commence our own business so, in 1980 our first truck was purchased. Within a few years of operating from our family home/office in Port Melbourne, more space for parking vehicles and greater storage capacity was required. In 1986 we purchased land and constructed a 9,000 sq.ft. concrete slab warehouse at 17 Ceylon Street, Nunawading. The offices built on to the front of the warehouse were completed several years later.

Today our 33 year old, second generation family business continues to position itself to provide reliable, old fashioned service to its clients. This, we believe, is the reason why our company has, and will continue to maintain a steadfast, reliable presence in the relocation industry. We genuinely care for our clients and their possessions and we know you will be both impressed with the attention to detail and personal attention you receive.
