Our director, Vlad Stoikovich, realized that too many Australians were stuck between two bad choices of removalists: overpriced moving corporations on the one hand, and unreliable small providers on the other hand.  Vlad saw a need for a moving company that relied on brains as well as on brawn – one that blended the newest and best technology for booking, scheduling, and storage with the kind of old-fashioned customer service most people don’t associate with removalists.

We couldn’t have hired the finest people, trained them into the finest removalists, bought more trucks, added more warehouses, or invested in cutting-edge software if we were the typical box-stackers – who use their pay checks only to buy enough beer to grunt through the next move.
